  • August 15, 2019
  • Editor

Following on plans for Everton Football Club’s new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock, The People’s Project are requesting as many people as possible to have their say.

With the stadium planning to bring 15,000 news jobs and a £1b boost to the local economy it’s important they get everyone’s feedback on how the development will affect the entire city.

Seeking the views of members of the public on the latest design concepts for a state-of-the-art waterfront stadium, demonstrating how the Club will address the historic context of the Bramley-Moore Dock site and outline plans for the future of Goodison Park. Views on transport, accessibility and environmental sustainability will also be sought.

You’ll be able to get involved in a number of different ways:

  • Roadshow – The People’s Project will be visiting various locations across the Liverpool City Region
  • Online – All the consultation materials and a survey will be available online
  • Post – For residents living around Goodison Park and Bramley-Moore Dock, consultation materials will be mailed our as well as a survey that can be completed and returned by post

This second stage consultation is part of a formal process that will lead to the submission of planning applications for both sites before the end of 2019. Engaging with fans, local residents and businesses, local and national politicians and other key stakeholders, everyone’s feedback is important to deliver employment, opportunity and inclusive growth to the city.

The roadshow is due to finish Sunday 18th August, for full details of the consultation show please visit www.peoples-project.co.uk/consultation/

Your opinion is a vital part of the planning process, take your time to look at the plans and complete the questionnaire:
