Evertonians have just one day remaining to apply to join the Club’s Fan Advisory Board, with applications closing at 11.59 pm on Wednesday, 10 June.
The Fan Advisory Board is welcoming applications from supporters, with three vacancies to be filled as part of its annual election process for the 2026/27 season.
Established in 2021 as the first body of its kind in the Premier League, the FAB is an independent group consulted by the Club’s hierarchy and updated quarterly on Everton’s short, medium and long-term strategic plans.
To ensure the broadest possible range of Evertonian voices are represented, the FAB is made up of nominated members from supporter groups that have regular, structured dialogue with the Club, as well as elected representatives from the wider fan base.
FAB members can be based anywhere in the world and will have the option to attend meetings either in person or virtually.
Understanding the Specific Eligibility Criteria for the 2026 Vacancies
For 2026, the FAB is looking to recruit three new members who meet the following criteria:
- An Evertonian, with a supporter number on or before 1 May 2026, representing a group with a protected characteristic as defined in the Equality Act 2010, to serve a three-year term.
- An Evertonian, with a supporter number on or before 1 May 2026, with no further eligibility requirement, to serve a three-year term.
- An Evertonian, with a supporter number on or before 1 May 2026, who is a registered Football Supporters’ Association member, to serve a one-year term.
Supporters wishing to apply must submit a biography of no more than 300 words and a video of no longer than 60 seconds explaining why they believe they should be considered for election.
Applicants will also be required to provide proof that they meet the relevant criteria for one or more of the available positions.

Key Shortlisting, Fan Voting, and Announcement Dates Confirmed
Following the close of applications, a shortlisting process will take place before a supporter vote determines the three new members for the 2026/27 season.
The shortlisting committee for this year’s election will be made up of two FAB members who are not seeking re-election, a representative of the Club’s Legal and Governance team, Everton Heritage Society founder Dr David France and a representative from the local business community.
The fan vote will open on on Friday 19 June and run until 11.59pm on Sunday 28 June.
Once voting has concluded, the result will be independently verified by the Football Supporters’ Association before being announced in the week commencing Monday 29 June.
Successful candidates must be available to attend the inaugural meeting of the 2026/27 Fan Advisory Board on Tuesday 7 July.
