Everton Football Club Announces Landmark Multi-Year Front-Of-Shirt Kit Deal With CMC Markets

  • July 1, 2026
  • By Editor - Elliot Thompson

Everton Football Club has confirmed CMC Markets as the Club’s new Main Partner in a landmark multi-year agreement.

CMC Markets, a FTSE 250 company and global multi-asset financial services firm, will become Everton’s front-of-shirt partner from the 2026/27 season, with its distinctive branding appearing on the Club’s senior Men’s, Women’s and Under-21s kits.

As Main Partner, CMC Markets will also feature across Everton’s matchday and digital channels, with branding at Hill Dickinson Stadium, Goodison Park and Finch Farm, as well as supporter-facing experiences throughout the duration of the agreement.

Alongside this, CMC Markets will work with the Club to support community-focused financial literacy programmes, collaborating with Everton in the Community and The People’s Learning Trust to help provide education, resources and practical learning opportunities for people across the Liverpool City Region.

The agreement represents another important addition to Everton’s growing commercial portfolio as the Club continues to strengthen revenues, build long-term commercial value and maximise the opportunities created by Hill Dickinson Stadium, helping support the foundations for sustainable growth on the pitch.

The partnership will be activated through CMC Markets’ ‘For the Passion’ campaign, celebrating the loyalty, belief and long-term commitment that connects Evertonians to their Club and CMC Markets to its clients.

Through the campaign, CMC Markets will work with Everton to deliver fan-focused activations, content and experiences across matchdays, digital platforms and Club channels.

The agreement with CMC Markets follows the recent confirmation of Stake as Everton’s new sleeve partner, further underlining the continued growth of the Club’s partnership portfolio.

Over the past 18 months, Everton has secured a series of high-profile commercial agreements, including Hill Dickinson as Stadium Naming Rights Partner and Founding Partner agreements with Budweiser, Pepsi, Castore, Aramark, Christopher Ward and Seat Unique.

Evertonians will get their first look at CMC Markets on the front of the Club’s new 2026/27 home kit when it is unveiled tomorrow, Thursday 2 July, from 9am.

The new home kit and accompanying training wear will be available to purchase online and in the Club’s Everton One and Everton Two stores from launch.

Strengthening Club Revenues and Sustainable Growth Platforms

Andrew Middleton, Everton’s President of Business Operations, said:

“We are delighted to welcome CMC Markets as Everton’s Main Partner, a brand that shares our ambitions, our values and our belief in what Everton is becoming.

“This is an important agreement for the Club and one that will play a key role in our continued commercial growth.

“Partnerships of this scale help us strengthen revenues, build a more sustainable platform for success and support our ambitions on and off the pitch.

“We are also excited by the opportunities this creates to deliver a proposition that every Evertonian can be proud of, on matchdays, across digital channels and in the community.

“We look forward to working closely with CMC Markets to bring this partnership to life in a way that is meaningful for our supports, and to creating moments that reflect the ambition of both organisations.”

Connecting Financial Investment with Lifelong Fan Commitment

Lord Peter Cruddas, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CMC Markets, said:

“Football is one of the few passions in life that inspires lifelong commitment because, like financial markets, you invest in your club long-term.

“Supporters are passionate about their clubs, and at CMC Markets, we are passionate about investing and trading.

“We see that same mindset among many of our clients.

“They are loyal and strive to achieve success through patience, resilience and confidence.

“Everton is a great club, with a proud history and deep connections to its community.

“We are proud to partner with a club that shares our core values, identity and passion.

“Wishing Everton every success for the coming seasons.”

Filming for Netflix’s upcoming thriller The Woods has continued in Liverpool, with two of the show’s leading actors spotted in the city’s Georgian Quarter. Tom Bateman and Mandeep Dhillon were seen filming scenes outside Papillon and The Quarter on Tuesday 21 July, as production crews returned to Liverpool for the latest shoot. Explore Liverpool’s photographer captured a new collection of images from the set as filming took place around the corner of Hope Street and Falkner Street. Papillon is located on Hope Street, with its outdoor area wrapping around the corner onto Falkner Street, while neighbouring restaurant The Quarter sits just a short distance away. Bateman was once again seen in character as leading barrister Paul ‘Cope’ Copeland, alongside Mandeep Dhillon, who plays Loren Muse in the eight-part Netflix series. Details surrounding the scenes remain under wraps, but the latest photographs show the pair together outside the popular Georgian Quarter venues. The latest shoot gives viewers another glimpse behind the scenes as the production continues to use recognisable locations across Liverpool and the wider North West. Filming has previously taken place at St George’s Hall, where Bateman was photographed shooting scenes that appeared to show his character leaving court. The production has also used Hamilton Square in Birkenhead as one of its locations. What is Netflix’s The Woods about? Based on Harlan Coben’s 2007 novel, The Woods follows Paul ‘Cope’ Copeland, whose sister Camille disappeared from a summer camp 20 years earlier. Now a successful barrister and single father, Cope has attempted to rebuild his life following the tragedy. However, the discovery of the body of a man believed to have died alongside Camille leads him to question whether his sister may also have survived. His search for answers uncovers years of secrets, lies and cover-ups that threaten the life he has created. Mandeep Dhillon stars as Loren Muse, while Michelle Keegan plays Cope’s former love, Lucy Silverfield. The cast also includes Pearce Quigley, James Buckley, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Roger Barclay and Charlotte Beaumont. The limited series has been written by Danny Brocklehurst, whose previous Harlan Coben adaptations for Netflix include Fool Me Once, Stay Close and Run Away. Production is taking place in partnership with Manchester-based Quay Street Productions, with filming continuing at locations across the North West. Netflix has not yet confirmed a release date for The Woods.
