One of Liverpool’s most loved Irish Bars, Dicey Reilly’s, is gearing up for a bumper weekend of sport and traditional St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. 

The Paddy’s Day decorations are up, the Guinness is chilled and there is a St. Patrick’s Day Specials Menu running all weekend.

A full programme of music is scheduled on Friday and Saturday evening, and the Six Nations will be shown live on Saturday, kicking off with Italy v Ireland at 12.15pm. All Premier League games will also be shown across Saturday and Sunday ahead of Sunday’s Carabao Cup Final between Liverpool and Newcastle, which kicks off at Wembley at 4.30pm on Sunday.  

The Dicey Reilly’s Fanzone, with warm up music from Nick Ellison, will add to the atmosphere for the build-up to what is sure to be a great game.  Four ‘snugs’ with private screens, 10 Ultra HD TV’s, a giant 3 meter screen and a fully integrated sound system, means there is only one place to be this weekend for the best sporting coverage and fantastic atmosphere.

The fun doesn’t stop there! St. Patrick’s Day on Monday has a full lineup of talented entertainers to make sure Paddy’s Day goes with a swing. Zara Martin kicks off the party from 2-5pm, with Paraic O’Donovan taking over the mic from 5-8pm. Traditional Irish Dancers will join the party at 7pm with Ronan Tyrell rounding the evening’s entertainment off from 8-10pm.
