Popular Albert Dock venue Gusto Italian has officially launched an exclusive dining package tailored for students celebrating their university achievements in Liverpool this summer.

The premium culinary operator, situated within the historic Edward Pavilion at the Royal Albert Dock, is rolling out a specially curated three-course graduation set menu priced at £40 per head, whilst simultaneously maintaining full access to its staple Mediterranean a la carte selections.

In a bid to attract family booking parties to the iconic dockside destination, the company has confirmed that every graduate dining from the celebratory set menu will receive a complimentary glass of fizz, with non-alcoholic variations seamlessly provided on request.

The fixed-price culinary lineup initiates with upscale starters, introducing options such as King Prawn Bruschetta on toasted Puglian bread dressed with garlic and chilli oil, alongside a rich Aubergine Parmigiana topped with fresh basil and shaved Gran Moravia.

Moving into the principal courses, the menu shifts its focus toward traditional Italian presentation, incorporating hand-picked fresh crab linguine in a rich lobster bisque, classic Pollo Milanese accompanied by a San Marzano tomato sauce, and a spicy Calzone Diavola packed with spreading ’nduja and Calabrian salami.

Indulgent Italian Desserts and Celebratory Bookings

The dining experience concludes with a selection of classic desserts designed to end the celebration on a high note, ranging from traditional homemade tiramisu to the creative Espresso Martini Mousse.

Other highlights include the Biscoff Bombolini, Italian-style deep-fried doughnuts served with Madagascan vanilla gelato, and a classic vanilla panna cotta finished with a raspberry and Moscato wine coulis.

To ensure every member of the party is catered for, the kitchen team is happy to provide vegan options upon request.

With graduation season fast approaching across Merseyside, early reservations are highly recommended to secure preferred timings for family gatherings and large celebratory groups.
