If you want a great day or night out in Liverpool, then Cains Brewery Village is the perfect place to visit.

With many bars, restaurants, boutique clothes stores and a lot more, with even more places opening up within its expansive site, there is something for everyone at Cains Brewery Village.

It can feel overwhelming for a first-time visit, so we have put together a guide to the best that Cains Brewery Village has to offer.

Baltic Market

Cains Brewery Village: A guide of must places to visit

A stop at Baltic Market is a must for something exciting and tasty.

This is the first street food market we’ve ever had in Liverpool, and mighty fine it is, too. It opens from Thursday through Sunday every week and allows you to enjoy some of the best of Liverpool’s thriving independent foodie scene. Scrumptious stone-baked pizzas, finger-licking fried chicken, desserts, gin, halloumi fries, and so much more are available here.

The venue comes to life on Saturday nights with a live band or resident DJ providing music. While Sunday often sees arts and crafts and a fantastic farmer’s market take over. You can also bring your dog along.

Why not pop in to see what all the fuss is about?

Ryde Bicycle Café

Cains Brewery Village: A guide of must places to visit

An exciting place, Ryde Bicycle Café, was first opened in 2016.

It combines a passion for excellent coffee, great food, and bikes and has become vital to the city’s cycling community. There is a wide array of lovely food for breakfast and lunch and fantastic coffee.

Where do the bikes come in? They have a fully equipped workshop, offer various bike repairs and services, and stock various parts, accessories and clothes.

Check out the website for more information.

The Yellow Sub Bar

If you want a unique place to drink in Liverpool, then The Yellow Sub bar is a must-visit. Aside from the nod to The Beatles, The Yellow Sub bar has an intriguing history as it was initially constructed to be used in The Hunt for Red October and bought from Paramount Studios. Before finding its home at Cains Brewery Village, it was also a stunning floating hotel for many years by The Albert Dock. Inside, it feels like a step back to a ’60s bar you wish existed.

There is a fun graffiti wall, all the Beatles memorabilia, MINI car features, a disco ball, and a stage inspired by the iconic Cavern Bar. Three drinks that are worth trying are the Beatles-inspired Yello Sub cocktail, made from Bacardi, malibu, orange juice and pineapple juice and Ringo Starr, which is made from prosecco, vanilla vodka, pineapple juice, passionfruit juice and passoa, and the Lennon, which is made from tequila, grenadine and orange juice.

With many other great places to eat, drink and shop, as well as entertainment options, Cains Brewery Village is one of the best places to spend a day or night in Liverpool.
