Three of Liverpool’s most popular Beatles-themed attractions have been honoured for their exceptional customer service, securing places on the shortlist for this year’s Liverpool BID Company Mystery Shop Awards. The Beatles Story and the Fab4 Café at Royal Albert Dock, along with the Fab4 Store at Pier Head, were selected from more than 100 city centre businesses assessed.
The awards spotlight venues that excel in friendliness, staff expertise, and overall visitor experience. Each year, independent mystery shoppers review shops, cafés, and attractions across the city, celebrating those that consistently deliver the highest standards.

This recognition follows Liverpool’s recent hosting of International Beatleweek, which drew thousands of fans from around the globe and reaffirmed the city’s reputation as a world-class destination for Beatles enthusiasts.
As Liverpool’s longest-established Beatles museum, The Beatles Story takes visitors on an immersive journey through the lives and music of the Fab Four. Meanwhile, the Fab4 Café and Fab4 Store provide welcoming spaces for fans to enjoy themed food and drink, as well as one of the world’s largest collections of official Beatles merchandise.
Being shortlisted across three categories is a testament to the dedication of the teams behind The Beatles Story, Fab4 Café, and Fab4 Store, whose commitment ensures the spirit of Beatlemania continues to thrive for visitors from all over the world.
