LFC Legends management team has been announced

This year’s LFC Foundation Legends charity match at Anfield will see Sir Kenny Dalglish returning to the dugout.

On Saturday 22 March, LFC Legends will take on Chelsea FC Legends, presented by official training partner AXA, and the management team has now been confirmed.

Sir Kenny will lead the team alongside fellow club ambassador Ian Rush and LFC legends John Barnes and John Aldridge for this year’s game, in association with Forever Reds.

You could be in with a chance of winning a once in a lifetime experience of joining the management team in the dugout for the game!

This unique experience will see the lucky winner receive a night’s stay in a premium hotel in Liverpool city centre the night before the game, before being collected at 11.30am on matchday and taken to the team hotel for the pre-match team talk and meal.

The winner will then travel to Anfield on the team coach and head through the players’ entrance before walking out of the iconic tunnel and taking their place on the team bench for the game.

Entries for the prize draw are £10 per ticket and there is no limit on the number of entries per person, all funds raised will go towards the work of the LFC Foundation. Money raised from this year’s Legends game will also specifically support LFC Foundation’s health programmes, which provide physical and mental wellbeing programmes for people of all ages.

To enter the prize draw and find out more details click here, please note entries close at 5pm on Friday March 14, 2025.

Tickets for this year’s Legends match are priced at £29 for adults, £19 for concessions and £9 for juniors and can be purchased here, with full selling details available here. Disabled supporters can visit the Accessibility Hub for full sale details.

Premium tickets are also available and are priced from £60, which includes your match ticket, complimentary programme and refreshments.

Hospitality packages can also be purchased from £195 including VAT. More information is available here or by calling 0151 264 2222.

Eight previous legends matches at Anfield have raised more than £7.5 million and have helped LFC Foundation increase the number of people it supported to 127,000 last season.

Funds from the next legends match will help play a key role in LFC Foundation’s new strategy, which aims to double fundraising efforts to reach the ambition of helping 500,000 people a season by 2030.
