The UK’s first floating padel destination has officially opened at Liverpool Waters, giving players the chance to take to the court on the water against the backdrop of Liverpool’s skyline.
Vibora Liverpool Waters will open to the public on Saturday, September 26, at Princes Dock, launching with two purpose-built floating padel courts and a clubhouse.
The new venue has been designed as both a sporting and social destination, with players able to meet, play and spend time on the waterfront seven days a week.
It will be open from 7am until 10pm, catering for everyone from complete beginners to experienced padel players.
A third floating court is already planned for later this year following strong interest in the venue ahead of its launch.
Courts cost £55 for a 60-minute booking, while individual and corporate memberships are also available.
The clubhouse sits alongside the courts and provides a social space for players and visitors before and after games.
Vibora Liverpool Waters will also offer corporate events and private hire, including team-building sessions, networking, client entertainment and brand events.
The opening adds another leisure attraction to Princes Dock as part of the wider regeneration of Liverpool’s northern docks.
Liverpool Waters is being developed by Peel Waters as part of a long-term regeneration programme involving more than £5bn of investment across the waterfront.

“This is only the beginning for Vibora Liverpool Waters. We have our third floating court coming later this year and lots more planned as we continue to grow the community and create something really special here in the city centre.”
