The Exhibition Centre Liverpool will host a new three-day festival this May, as The Red Weekender takes over the venue across the final weekend of the 2024/25 season from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 May 2025.
For the first time, three of the city’s most influential fan-led voices – BOSS, Redmen TV, and The Anfield Wrap – will come together under one roof to exclusively present their End of Season live shows as part of the programme.

Taking place across the final Premier League weekend of the season (Liverpool v Crystal Palace), The Red Weekenderwill feature a packed schedule of live shows, music performances, family events, and appearances from some of the biggest names in football and Liverpool culture.

“There’ll be a lot going on in the city at this time and so it’s really important for us to bring together the tried, trusted and respected formulas to fans over this weekend. Working with long-standing partners of ours in BOSS, The Anfield Wrap and Redmen TV as the foundation of The Red Weekender makes this a truly authentic and exciting prospect for fans. Choosing the world-class venue Exhibition Centre Liverpool has meant we can significantly elevate this authentic foundation, working with the brands to bring together an absolutely amazing programme that is on a level never seen for a fan-led, fan culture event in the city”.
The pair, who are both Anfield season ticket holders, spoke about how this concept will only work if it’s fan-driven.
“We have the richest of supporter cultures”, said Daniel, “and a culture which rewards those that put in the hard yards. We have assembled a line-up that is made up of time-served reds on and off the pitch”.
