Since its arrival, the Brasserie has become one of Liverpool’s most sought-after dining destinations, attracting celebrities, influencers, and diners from across the region.

Now, The Ivy Collection will build on that momentum with the highly anticipated arrival of The Ivy Asia, a glamorous new restaurant that will bring bold flavours, theatrical interiors, and an unforgettable dining experience to the heart of the city.

Located above the existing Castle Street Brasserie, The Ivy Asia will showcase an eclectic menu of Asian-inspired dishes, paired with striking décor and an atmosphere designed to wow guests from the moment they arrive. The venue promises to deliver the same exceptional service and attention to detail that has made The Ivy a household name, while introducing a fresh, vibrant concept to Liverpool’s ever-evolving food and drink scene.
