The Craft Beer Expo takes place on June 8–10 at Black Lodge Brewery in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle for its 10th anniversary and will showcase the best of world beer with 100s of different beers from over 30 breweries.
As well as national and international breweries, there will be several popular local breweries, including the likes of Chapter, Black Lodge, and Neptune, among others.
The Ship and Mitre will host a large cask ale bar at this year’s event, featuring some of the best cask beer in the country.
Alongside the main attraction at the Craft Beer Expo is an array of food traders offering burgers, pizzas, and Indian street food.
To accompany the festival, there will be DJs throughout, curated by Liverpool’s Melodic Distraction radio station, who will bring together the perfect DJs to soundtrack the event.
Paul Seiffert, curator of The Craft Beer Expo and co-founder of the thriving Black Lodge Brewery said:
“This is the 10thyear of the festival and we’re going to make sure it’s a big one. We are excited to invite some of the World’s best breweries back to Liverpool to showcase their beer. We try to create an inclusive festival atmosphere, for beer newcomers and aficionados alike. There will also be gin, cider and cocktail bars for those who like an alternative to beer!”
This year’s event is also raising money in support of the local charity ‘Love, Jasmine’. Customers can also donate their unspent beer tokens in aid of this great cause, which will be matched by the event organisers.
