Liverpool’s latest bar, Tres officially opened its doors on one of the city’s hottest days in Liverpool.
Situated on Temple Court, just off Victoria Street in the city centre, Tres is the latest opening in Liverpool’s hospitality sector and creates 20 much needed jobs in the city.
Tres opened its doors as restrictions were dropped on the 19th July, in terms of standing, dancing and the rule of six. Guests were treated to a champagne and champagne cocktail reception in association with Grey Goose as well as canapes from the city’s number one Chinese restaurant “Lu Ban.” Playing a mix of old and new house classics on the night was legendary Liverpool DJ Dave Graham, which kept the party alive from start to finish.
Tres is based underneath the Uno building in Temple Court and is owned by the iStay Liverpool brand. The serviced apartment company flagship accommodation, already a gateway to the city’s legendary Cavern Quarter and Mathew Street, has earned a great reputation for upmarket luxury stays, with each apartment setting a standard in contemporary decor, modern styling and spacious, fully equipped living, dining, and bathroom areas. Other sites across the city include Water St, Bold St, Duke Street and Rodney Street with guests staying every weekend from around the UK & Ireland.
Ann Chambers, Director of iStay Liverpool & Tres said: “We are thrilled to have finally launched our new venture Tres during a tough time for business with covid restrictions being in place. Now we have passed step 4 of the government roadmap with legal limits on social contact being dropped, we are finally able to open our doors this summer. We have guests with us in all the key parts of the city from the Ropewalks and the Georgian Quarter to the Cavern Quarter where Tres is based and this will mean our guests will be able to enjoy drinks and cocktails with us for the whole evening, or as part of their night out. Tres is conveniently located under our Temple Court development and adds another bolt-on to our offerings in the city. “
As the city begins to open again after several lockdowns Tres will look to offer a great night out to visitors to the city as well as locals after many months in lockdown.
