St Helens Theatre Royal announces the return of popular Pantomime this Easter

The record-breaking pantomime Goldilocks and the Three Bears will return for the Easter holidays at St Helens Theatre Royal.

Leading panto producers Regal Entertainments’ spectacular production has proven to be “just right,” and audiences can expect an eye-popping production, hilarious comedic skits, and all the excitement of the circus, including cast members’ circus stunts and skills.

With five-star reviews, the pantomime debuted at St. Helens Theatre Royal during the Christmas season of 2021, smashing Box Office records. Two years later, it broke records at Liverpool’s Epstein Theatre, the panto’s sister venue.

Richard Aucott as Dame Gertie, Conor Barrie as Baron Von Vippemall, Katy McKenna as Goldilocks, and the hilarious Lewis Devine as Silly Billy make up the entire cast.

The cast includes Warren Donnelly as Daddy Bear, Hannah Riley as Mummy Bear, and Ionica Adriana as Baby Bear.

When the circus visits town, theatregoers can be sure they will see “the greatest show on earth.” Goldilocks and the Three Bears, a magical pantomime by Regal Entertainment, promises to be exactly right with its blend of incredible circus tricks, madcap comedy capers, and a hit playlist of chart hits to sing and dance to. Join Goldilocks as she attempts to protect her Big Top from a rival circus owner with the aid of the Three Bears!

The creative team includes producer and director Chantelle Nolan, musical supervisor Callum Clarke, choreography by Nazene Langfield.

Chantelle Nolan, producer and director said:

“This is a relatively new production for Regal Entertainments, but its broken Box Office records on both occasions it’s been performed. We always knew there was something special about Goldilocks And The Three Bears. Audiences totally embraced the new storyline with its exciting and fun circus theme – it’s a perfect title for Easter and I know that family audiences will continue to love the show.”

From Friday, March 29 to Sunday, April 14, 2024, for just over two weeks, is when Goldilocks and the Three Bears will be performed. Tickets start at £18 and are already selling quickly.
