Registrations are now open for Run to Anfield 2026, with the popular community event set to return on Saturday, August 1, in support of LFC Foundation.
The annual event brings together Liverpool supporters, families and runners of all abilities to promote healthier, more active lifestyles while raising vital funds for the club’s official charity.

Participants in the 5K will follow a scenic route through Stanley Park before finishing on 97 Avenue. After crossing the finish line, runners will have the chance to step inside Anfield for a commemorative pitchside photo with their official 2026 race medal.
Following its successful introduction last year, the 1K fun run will also return, giving children, families and those looking for a shorter distance the opportunity to be part of the day.
More than 1,350 people took part across both distances last year, raising funds to support LFC Foundation’s health, wellbeing and community programmes.
During the 2024-25 season, LFC Foundation supported more than 145,000 people, including many from some of the most deprived communities in the UK.
Participants are encouraged to raise £150 through the official Run to Anfield JustGiving campaign, helping the charity continue its long-term work across the Liverpool City Region.
Everyone taking part in either the 5K or 1K event will receive an exclusive race t-shirt ahead of the day.
Registration is now open here, with full instructions for setting up a JustGiving page sent by the LFC Foundation following sign-up.
