Everton Football Club partner Rovio Entertainment, the creators of Angry Birds, is hosting a series of online Enterprise Sessions next week to provide children with insight and learnings into different areas of its business.
The sessions, taking place at 11am on Monday 11, Wednesday 13 and Friday 15 May on YouTube Live will focus on Maths and Data Usage, Art and Game Design, and Communication.
The Enterprise Sessions form part of the Club’s Blue Family initiative, a coordinated outreach and engagement campaign to maintain contact with fans and provide vital support in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

- Monday 11 May, 11am: Maths and Data Usage with Ignacio: A Rovio Game Engineer will talk about how data can be used for better decision making, demonstrating that working with data is not scary! To join click here.
- Wednesday 13 May, 11am: Art and Game Design with Tatu: A Rovio Art Director will talk about how characters are created in mobile games and how he became a game artist. To join click here.
- Friday 15 May, 11am: Communications with Jon: Rovio’s Head of Communications will present how he went from studying sports journalism in the UK to working in video game marketing in both Germany and now Finland. He’ll discuss some of the key skills he learned as a journalist and how they’ve been key to his career in video games. He’ll also present some of the similarities between his job and how that might compare to working for a football club like Everton. To join click here.
