Bringing a taste of Cuba straight to the heart of Liverpool’s famous Royal Albert Dock, Revolución de Cuba is the number one vibrant destination to visit in the city.

Spread across two floors, visitors can enjoy copious amounts of the finest Rum in the world at the venues rum bar, along with cocktails, live music and freshly prepared tapas. 

The drinks menu boasts rum fuelled cocktails such as the signature Cuban cocktail ‘Cuba Libre’ made up of Havana Club Añejo Especial rum with lime with Coca-Cola Zero, ‘Nuclear Daiquiri’ with Wray & Nephew rum with Havana Club 3-Year-Old rum with lime and crème de banana and ‘Zombie’ with three Havana Club rums shaken with tropical fruits, lime and sugar, finished with a little fire courtesy of Wray & Nephew.

If rum isn’t your favourite tipple, fear not! Revolución de Cuba has got you covered with their extensive drink’s menu, whether it’s a Classic Margarita, Aperol Spritz, a Portobello Road Gin & Tonic or Sauvignon Blanc, the bar also has beers on draught such as Mahou, Camden Pale Ale and Amstel.

Revolucion de Cuba’s Latin-American inspired food menu packs a punch, with more Tapas options than you can shake a stick at, you can devour small dishes such as Halloumi Tacos, Pork Belly Skewers, Mojito Prawns, Chilli Plantano Bites and Empanadas, to name a few.

Main plates include Paella de Cuba, Cuba Cheeseburger and Chimichurri Chicken Cubano, as well as brunch and lunch options to tantalise your taste buds.
