All hail there’s a new giant heading to town! Giant Spectacular fans will have the opportunity to meet the new star of the Royal de Luxe’s Liverpool’s Dream this October, when the announcement of The Little Boy Giant was made.

The new addition, who is also the first giant ever to be made by the French Company will be making his first appearance in the city in just over three weeks’ time. Appearing in various Royal de Luxe previous productions, The Little Boy Giant towers 6m tall!

The announcement was made by artistic director Jean-Luc Courcoult at a press conference which was held in Liverpool, during a break from intensive rehearsals. Jean-Luc said:

“The Little Girl Giant’s brother, the Little Boy Giant, is going to arrive in St George’s Hall and from 3pm on Thursday people can come and visit him.

“It will be nothing like the previous show where the Grandmother was lying down. It will be completely different.

The people of Liverpool will be invited to a masked ball there.”

The street theatre extravaganza will be taken place from Thursday 4th October to Sunday 7th, with this year’s theme Liverpool’s Dream.
