Jayne Rigby, a marine conservationist who is part of the team at Liverpool SUP Co, runs SUP and PUP sessions with her dog @oscarseyepatch, which allows participants to paddle along with their canine companion. Jayne also runs 1-1 sessions for people to learn everything from the basics of SUP and onwards, and group sessions, which are a great way for families and friends to get active together while having fun!
Jayne’s talents do not end there; she also runs regular beach cleans from Crosby to Southport and runs plastic paddles along the docks, collecting any floating rubbish she finds along the way.
There are plenty of options for you to choose from. You can have 1:1 sessions, which are perfect for everyone, from beginners to experienced, or why not have a different kind of date night with a private session for two? You can even bring your friends along and book a private group or join one of the coached group sessions for a group paddle around the docks of Liverpool.
