Liverpool restaurants where kids can eat free or for less this summer

Keeping the kids entertained during the summer holidays can quickly add up, but families heading into Liverpool city centre can save money on eating out thanks to a number of restaurants offering free or heavily discounted meals for children.

From Liverpool ONE favourites to restaurants around Hanover Street and the city centre, there are some brilliant kids eat free offers in Liverpool available throughout the summer holidays – with several continuing all year round.

We’ve rounded up some of the offers worth knowing about, along with the important terms and conditions before you visit.

Children aged 10 and under can receive a complimentary main course from the Ramsay Kids Menu when dining with an adult who orders two courses from the à la carte menu, with one of those courses being a main.

Unlike many school holiday promotions, the offer at the Liverpool restaurant is available all day, every day, making it one to remember beyond the summer break too. Selected key dates may be excluded.

The children’s meal includes a main, two sides and a dessert, with choices including burgers, quesadillas and mild Bahian Curry.

You’ll need to download the Las Iguanas app and claim the Kids Eat Free perk before using the offer. It cannot be combined with another offer or discount.

Slug & Lettuce Liverpool

There’s also a saving available for families eating at Slug & Lettuce on North John Street.

The Liverpool restaurant currently states that a 15% discount is being applied to all of its kids’ menu prices until 1 September 2026.

There is also a Kids Eat for £1 summer promotion being advertised by Slug & Lettuce. However, the company’s promotional pages currently contain conflicting dates. Its detailed terms state that the England and Wales £1 offer runs from 20 August until 1 September 2026, so families planning to use that particular deal should check with the Liverpool venue before visiting.

Offer: 15% off children’s menu prices currently advertised; £1 kids’ meals advertised later in August
Where: 16 North John Street, Liverpool

Make the most of Liverpool’s kids eat free offers

With several of these deals running throughout the summer holidays – and some available all year – eating out in Liverpool city centre doesn’t necessarily have to cost a fortune for families.

Just remember that many of the promotions require an adult main course or minimum spend, while others require you to download a restaurant app or join a free rewards scheme before arriving.

Offers and terms can also change, so it’s always worth checking directly with the restaurant when booking, particularly around bank holidays, major events and other selected dates.

Families can also check the Liverpool ONE Kids Eat Free offers for the latest deals available across its restaurants.

Offers checked and correct at the time of writing on 9 August 2026.
