At Sanskruti, our meals are prepared with the belief that Indian food is not only about heat but also about the perfect marriage of aromatic herbs and spices. Our menu is as diverse and colourful as the continent itself. As a pure vegetarian and vegan restaurant, we leave no room for mistakes in the preparation of your dish, as we are committed to providing the best quality of food.

Unique to Liverpool, we cater for all taste requirements: from the mild and medium dishes for a family night out to hot and sizzling dishes perfect to kick-start any celebration. We promise an experience like no other; not only in our vegan and vegetarian cooking but also in our service. We are fully licensed so you can sit back and enjoy a cold pint of beer or a glass of wine whilst you take in the atmosphere and enjoy all that is Sanskruti.
