    This has got to be the most friendliest gym I have ever been to. I am currently personal training with Barry and with his help I have hit my target weight and feel amazing!
    I have also attended there bootcamps which are also fantastic. The minute you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome.
    Highly recommend Barry for all his knowledge and for his professionalism. A no nonsense gym that’s very welcoming.
