John Lewis & Partners (formerly George Henry Lee) has been an integral part of Liverpool’s high street since it was founded as a bonnet shop on Basnett Strett in 1853.

John Lewis & Partners is now located in Liverpool ONE shopping complex on Wall Street, and offers four floors of the best in fashion, beauty, home, giftware, technology (including Apple products) and electrical items. A range of in store services can provide expert advise for every occasion, from personal styling and home design to appliance installation and technical support. Our Partners are highly trained to offer helpful, impartial advice. In addition to shopping, Joe & The Juice and The Place to Eat offer a wide selection of food and drinks.

John Lewis welcomes well behaved dogs so they allow all customers, not just those with assistance dogs, to bring their dogs into all John Lewis & Partners shops, however only Assistance Dogs are allowed in the Catering outlets.

The attached Q Park has access via a dedicated bridge on Floor 2 with secure and convenient parking for all of your shopping needs.

Services

On Floor 1 you’ll find Benito Brow Bar & Benefit Brow Bar who offer treatments for brows and lashes, along with Clarins Skin Spa & Elemis who offer facials and massages, a perfect way to relax and unwind.

Also situated on the Floor 1, you can browse the extensive beauty hall after your treatments where you can choose from the latest brands in beauty and make-up such as Charlotte Tilbury, CHANEL, NARS, Dior and Bobbi Brown. Alternatively, you can visit the Clarins Skin Spa on Floor 3 for full body massages & treatments away from the hustle and bustle.

You can also treat yourself to the Personal Stylist service on Floor 1, where a stylist will give you expert advice in the comfort of their luxurious advisory suite. Similarly, if it’s your home that needs a bit of a makeover, John Lewis Home Design Stylists are on hand to offer style advice on Floor 2, whether it’s a particular room that needs a refresh, or the entire home.

If your family is expanding and you need some advice on what to buy,  appointments can be booked with the in-store nursery expert on Floor 3, who will help you find everything you need when becoming parents. Impartial advice will be given to suit a variety of lifestyles and budgets, and the appointments are free of charge with no obligation to spend. On Floor 3, you’ll also find the Bureau de Change, gift wrapping and Customer Services.
