Hear’Say and Liberty X are set to bring a huge dose of early 2000s nostalgia to Liverpool as they reunite for a special anniversary tour, ending with a spectacular finale at M&S Bank Arena on Sunday 9th May 2027.
The two groups, who shot to fame on the groundbreaking ITV talent show Popstars in 2001, will share the concert stage for the first time as part of their Popstars: The Originals tour.

Celebrating 25 years since the show transformed British pop music, the reunion will see the bands embark on a 13-date tour across the UK and Ireland, with Liverpool hosting the final performance.
Hear’Say will reunite with four original members, Danny Foster, Kym Marsh, Suzanne Shaw and Noel Sullivan. The group became household names after winning Popstars, achieving triple-Platinum success with their debut album and releasing chart-topping favourites including Pure and Simple and The Way To Your Love.
Liberty X will return with all five original members, Michelle Heaton, Jessica Taylor, Tony Lundon, Kevin Simm and Kelli Young.
Originally formed from the five finalists who narrowly missed out on a place in Hear’Say, Liberty X went on to enjoy huge success of their own, securing eight UK Top 10 singles, including their unforgettable hit Just A Little, and achieving double-Platinum status.
The two bands helped shape a new era of British pop music, paving the way for future reality television success stories including Girls Aloud, One Direction, Little Mix and JLS.
Speaking about the reunion, Hear’Say said:
“Coming back together after 25 years is something that’s incredibly special to all of us. To be sharing the stage with Liberty X makes this celebration even more special. We are counting down the days and honestly cannot wait to see the Liverpool crowd for what is going to be an unforgettable final night of the tour.”
Liberty X added:
“It’s hard to believe it’s been 25 years since Popstars changed all of our lives. Bringing the music, the memories, and all the energy back to the stage is a dream come true. Ending this incredible journey at the M&S Bank Arena is going to be massive—we can’t wait to sing, dance, and make some brand-new memories with Liverpool!”
