The city might be on lockdown, but its guaranteed Liverpool is still pretty much alive during the coronavirus challenge.

If the music scene is your jam, then it will literally be music to your ears that Getintothis have launched a new music and culture debate live show. Streamed directly through the Getintothis Facebook page, the show invites you to join them for 40 minutes of chat for you to join in the discussion.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 8.00pm, the team will be joined by musicians, music industry heads, writers, broadcasters as well as readers and music lovers to join the debate and talk about anything that goes!

Hosted by Roy Bayfield, Roy is joined by Getintothis editor Peter Guy and other guests from the team of sub-editors, writers and photographers to discuss all things music and culture during these unprecedented times.

The team are encouraging readers to get in touch, leave comments on the Facebook live stream to ask guests, with future plans to invite readers, musicians and music lovers on the Getintothis LIVE to join in the debate.

So far, the show has seen guests such as Rebecca Ayres from Liverpool Sound City, Walton singer/songwriter Aimee Steven.

Upcoming guests include Ali Horn and Martha Goddard from Hushtones, legendary Liverpool band The Farm’s Carl Hunter, Bernie Connor, Pixey and LIMF Academy alumna, LUNA.
