Sporting chain Foot Locker opened its biggest store to date this week in the Liverpool ONE shopping quarter. The new flagship store that is 21,000 sq ft is located inside the former HMV venue and is split across two floors, offering all a unique selection of styles from all the major named brands.
The store is set to offer not only footwear despite its namesake, but also a massive selection of clothing from sporting giants such as NIKE, Adidas, Puma and Under Armour. Liverpool is a city known for loving its sportswear and trainers, and with a store offering the latest popular trends and styles is set to be a smash hit. The newly opened store also has a barber’s based on the 2nd floor, haircuts and shopping all under one roof, sounds like a perfect combination, killing 2 birds with one stone.
With Liverpool becoming more and more recognised for its versatility and culture, the store is another statement to how Liverpool is the perfect destination to head when wanting an overall shopping experience. The shop was designed inspired by youth culture, also with Foot Locker commissioning Liverpool artist, Stephen Chan, to create a piece of artwork, which can be seen at the front of the store.
Foot Locker runs an impressive 2,500 stores around the globe, for Liverpool to now represent the largest in Europe is another great achievement for 2018 in the city.
