Fontaines D.C. have announced a major Liverpool show at the M&S Bank Arena as part of their biggest headline tour to date.
The Dublin post-punk band will perform at the waterfront venue on Friday, November 20, 2026, following a run of festival headline appearances at Reading, Leeds and Electric Picnic.
The tour comes alongside the release of Fontaines D.C.’s fifth studio album, Dopamine Chamber, which is set to arrive on October 16 through XL Recordings.
Made up of Grian Chatten, Carlos O’Connell, Conor Curley, Conor Deegan and Tom Coll, the band have become one of the biggest names to emerge from the modern post-punk scene.
Their forthcoming album was produced by James Ford and is said to mark another evolution in the band’s sound, moving further away from the raw guitar-driven style of their earlier releases towards a broader and more expansive sound.
It follows the international success of their 2024 album Romance, which helped take the group to a new level of global recognition.
Fontaines D.C. will be joined at the Liverpool show by rising post-punk band Chalk.
Tickets for the M&S Bank Arena date will go on general sale at 10am on Thursday, September 3.
Fans can also sign up through the M&S Bank Arena website for access to a venue pre-sale, which begins at 10am on Tuesday, September 1.
