Flight Club is bringing back the spontaneous Friday night out with a new free weekly darts challenge, giving visitors the chance to win prizes including tickets to Red Bull events in 2027.
The Social Darts and cocktail bar has launched its Friday Night Challenge across all UK venues, taking place every Friday between 7.30pm and 8.30pm, with no booking or entry fee required.

The new initiative encourages people to rediscover the simple pleasure of heading out for a drink after work without weeks of planning or organising group chats.
To celebrate the launch, Flight Club has teamed up with Red Bull for an eight-week takeover, running until Friday 20 November, with exclusive prizes available for those who take part.
How does the Friday Night Challenge work?
Visitors can walk into any participating Flight Club venue on a Friday evening and step up to the oche for their chance to compete.
Each player receives three darts, with the aim of landing as close to the bullseye as possible.
Flight Club’s camera technology measures the distance of each dart from the centre of the board, down to the millimetre, before combining the three distances to calculate a final score.
At the end of the hour, the six players with the closest scores return for a final showdown to determine that evening’s winner.
The challenge is designed for everyone, whether they are experienced darts players or complete beginners.

Prizes include tickets to Red Bull events
Every Friday, each Flight Club venue will crown a winner who receives a Flight Club medal.
During the Red Bull takeover, weekly winners will also receive a Red Bull Trophy.
There is an even bigger prize available for anyone who manages to land three bullseyes with three darts in a single turn.
Players who achieve the perfect throw will receive a Red Bull Golden Ticket, entitling them to two tickets to a Red Bull event of their choice in 2027, subject to the promotion’s terms and conditions.
The Golden Ticket is available at every venue throughout the eight-week takeover, meaning multiple players could potentially claim the prize.

Bringing back spontaneous Friday nights
The challenge has been introduced in response to changing social habits, with hybrid working and busy schedules making spontaneous after-work drinks less common.
Research cited by Flight Club suggests that 73% of British people prefer visiting the pub on a whim rather than booking ahead.
Flight Club hopes the weekly event will give friends and colleagues another reason to head out together without needing to make plans in advance.
Steve Moore, Founder and CEO of Flight Club, said:
“Friday nights used to take care of themselves. Someone would say ‘one drink?’ after work, and four hours later you’d be wondering where the time went.
“We want that feeling back. You don’t need a booking, and you don’t need to be any good at darts. Three darts and a bit of nerve will do.
“When it came to finding someone to launch it with, there was only one name on the list. Nobody does a challenge quite like Red Bull.”
The Red Bull takeover began on Friday 2 October and is the first in a planned series of Friday Night Challenge partnerships, with future takeovers set to introduce their own Golden Ticket prizes.
When and where is the Friday Night Challenge?
The Friday Night Challenge takes place every Friday from 7.30pm until 8.30pm at Flight Club venues across the UK.
Entry is completely free, and no advance booking is needed.
The Red Bull takeover continues until Friday 20 November 2026.
