A first taste of what guests can expect to enjoy at the incredible new 360 Sky Bar at Gino D’Acampo Old Hall Street when it opens its doors at INNSiDE Liverpool will be revealed for the first-time on Monday 13th September.

Located on the 18th floor of the impressive new hotel, the 360 Sky Bar promises to be one of the most coveted venues upon launch, providing enviable panoramic views of the city and beyond.  On a clear day guests can expect to see as far as the Welsh mountains, with all of the city’s famous landmarks in spectacularly sharp focus.

A first look at the menu of the beautiful 100-cover venue released today (Monday September 6) reveals a cocktail list that will have you lusting for the weekend or an indulgent after work drink, complemented by an inviting list of Italian small plates, Cicchetti, perfect for date nights, an indulgent bite over business, or enjoyed with family and friends.

Created by Gino’s expert team of mixologists, cocktail enthusiasts will find an impressive mix of classic and signature Sky Bar drinks available, including a Bellini (£12); Aperol spritz (£12); Hugo spritz – a blend of Fiorente elderflower, lime, mint and Prosecco (£12); Negroni ‘Sbagliato’ – Campari with Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and Prosecco (£13); and the Italian chef’s own personal favourite, a Negroni (£13).

An extensive selection of wine, sparkling wine and champagne will complement the menu, all selected by the 360 Sky Bar’s esteemed sommeliers, alongside a generous range of spirits and artisan Italian beers.

The Cicchetti menu may, by nature, be built around small plates, but they promise to make a big impression.  Split into five sections – stuzzichini, pesche, carne, vegetariani, and dolci, the list is impressive.  Signature dishes include scallops, vermouth, lemon and parsley (£15); salmon tartare, avocado, chilli and capers (£15);  burrata panzanella (v) (£15); and pork belly, radicchio and hazelnuts (£16) amongst others.

For those looking for a light accompaniment to their drink, guests can enjoy a little taste of Italy with Gino’s Cerignola olives (£5), freshly baked Italian breads and basil pesto dip (£6), and a selection of Italian bruschetta (£20). All baked items are made from scratch and using the finest hand-picked ingredients by Gino’s in-house team of pastry chefs and bakers.

Guests with a sweet tooth and in search of an afternoon treat enjoyed with a classic Neapolitan coffee can enjoy a panna cotta with blackberries and honeycomb (£7), bombolini (Italian doughnuts) (£7), affogato (£7) or Gino’s own personal favourite, tiramisù (£7).

Images of the stylish interior are being kept under wraps until launch, with key features including an impressive 25m sit up at cocktail bar with seating for 18; the bar’s exclusive Sky Lounge – a private dining space for 40 complete with a dropdown screen, plasma screen, private audio system and impressive floor to ceiling wine wall, a games area, and a generous mix of high tables and relaxed sofa areas, catering for every occasion.  Resident DJ’s will further elevate the atmosphere.

The 360 Sky Bar is one of two incredible Gino D’Acampo venues to be enjoyed at the soon-to-open INNSiDE Liverpool, joining the Italian chef’s beautiful new 200-cover restaurant – Gino D’Acampo Old Hall Street on the hotel’s ground floor.

Providing an up-market drinking and dining experience in a chic and contemporary environment, Old Hall Street restaurant is a destination in which guests will want to hang out from day through to night, with resident DJ’s setting the scene.

Here key features will include an impressive open theatre kitchen and 60-cover long bar within the hotel’s impressive open bar and lounge, in which both hotel and restaurant guests can enjoy all-day-every day dining.  The new seasonal menu, to be unveiled exclusively at Gino D’Acampo Old Hall Street next week, will see an extensive list of classic Italian dishes available, each inspired by Gino’s most recent cookbooks, TV shows and family travels.

Speaking on the countdown to the opening, Gino said:

“I’m super excited to celebrate the final countdown to the launch of my new restaurant and bar at INNSiDE Liverpool – Gino D’Acampo Old Hall Street restaurant and 360 Sky Bar.  The location, in the heart of the business district and just a stone’s throw from the docks is something else.  As for the views from the Sky Bar, wow, they are just incredible.  I’m going to enjoy a Negroni or two here, in one of my favourite cities in the UK.  I’m working with my team on the finishing touches and look forward to seeing you very soon.”

Fans of the leading Italian chef and wanting to be one of the first to experience his new restaurant and bar are invited to join his brand-new lifestyle and rewards app – Club Gino.  As a founding member you will enjoy a complimentary £10 welcome gift to be enjoyed at any of the Gino D’Acampo Hotels & Leisure restaurants.  Download the app today and be the first to know of all future events including more exciting new restaurant openings.

Gino D’Acampo Old Hall Street and panoramic 360 Sky Bar launches at INNSiDE Liverpool on September 13 and will open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 7am to 11.30pm, every day.  The 360 Sky Bar will be open from 12pm daily and open until midnight on weekdays and 2am on weekends.

Upon launch it will be Gino’s second restaurant in the city, joining the award-winning and hugely popular Castle Street restaurant which opened in 2017.
