First look at Allerton Road’s newest restaurant – Bloom Bar & Bistro

The highly anticipated wait is now over, as the stunning Bloom Bar & Bistro opened its doors to their simply gorgeous new venue.

Releasing stunning images showcasing its beautiful, welcoming and relaxed interior, Bloom Bar & Bistro is the perfect addition to the booming Allerton Road scene.

The restaurant-bar, which has opened in the former Verdant site, has unveiled a transformed central floral fixture which has always been popular with customers.

In keeping with its floral theme, Bloom Bar & Bistro is also adorned in inspirational quotes and murals making for Instagrammable photo opportunities, and a brand-new bar and booth seating.

Mother and daughter duo Vicky and Charlotte McGregor took over the restaurant back in May, and continued to accommodate all bookings, big and small, until they could overhaul the restaurant’s interior to relaunch as the stunning Bloom Bar & Bistro.

Creating a much more relaxed environment throughout the restaurant, it’s not just the interior that’s been transformed.

Bloom Bar & Bistro has an impressive brunch menu, varied lunchtime offering, and evening menu packed with small plates and an A La Carte section.

Bloom launch.

They have introduced a customisable ‘Build A Board’, and also a wide range of healthy dishes including the super salad, chicken, bacon and avocado salad and delicious stir fries for those who prefer lighter lunches.

Along with new additions, the popular Sunday roast is still available.

General Manager and co-owner Charlotte said: “We’re absolutely ecstatic with the finished interior of Bloom Bar & Bistro. It’s light, airy and welcoming for our guests and with our incredible new menu, we’re confident we can offer a fantastic dining experience.

“We’ve given our floral fixtures an overhaul and added to them so they’re bigger and more beautiful than before! We look forward to welcoming our guests to see the finished product.”
