The Cillo Family has expanded its growing hospitality portfolio with the launch of CasaCillo, a stylish new Italian dining destination bringing culinary theatre, authentic hospitality and exceptional ingredients to the heart of Liverpool.
Located on Duke Street, alongside sister venue Botanico, CasaCillo is the latest venture from one of Liverpool’s most established hospitality families, building on the success of Botanico, Panoramic34 and the wider Cillo Family collection.
Featuring an intimate 36-seat restaurant alongside a stylish all-weather terrace accommodating a further 26 guests, CasaCillo offers a premium yet welcoming dining experience where Italian culinary tradition, exceptional ingredients and engaging tableside service combine to create memorable occasions.
Designed for everything from celebrations and special occasions to date nights, friends get-togethers and business dining, the restaurant introduces a new level of interactive dining to Liverpool city centre, placing guests at the heart of the experience.
At CasaCillo, dining becomes entertainment. A selection of signature dishes are expertly prepared by Italian chefs and finished tableside, allowing guests to witness the craftsmanship, skill and theatre behind each plate.
Highlights include steak tartare, Dover sole, fresh lobster, and a spectacular 1.5kg sharing steak, all presented with flair and a sense of occasion that transforms every meal into a truly memorable experience. Also serving the finest artisan Italian pasta with popular classics including Amatriciana and Cacio e Pepe.
The concept reflects the values that have become synonymous with the Cillo Family brand: warm hospitality, excellent service and a passion for creating unforgettable moments for guests.
Leading the kitchen is a team of Italian chefs who combine traditional techniques and authentic recipes with the finest local and regional produce available, creating a menu that celebrates both Italian heritage and the exceptional quality of ingredients sourced closer to home.

CasaCillo welcomes guests from Wednesday-Saturday from 6pm to 10pm and is also available for private events, celebrations and exclusive hire.
