A brand-new four-day comedy festival is set to take over Blackstock Market, bringing more than 70 shows, live music, street food and family entertainment to the Liverpool venue.
Hot Water’s Liverpool Comedy Festival has been created, funded and organised by the team behind Hot Water Comedy Club, with the aim of celebrating Liverpool’s reputation as one of the UK’s leading comedy cities.

For four days, Blackstock Market will be transformed into a festival village, with performances taking place across multiple stages and entertainment spaces.
The programme will feature major touring acts, household names, live podcasts, mixed-bill shows, rising stars, one-off specials and comedians from Liverpool and further afield.
Organisers say the event has been designed to appeal to both dedicated comedy fans and visitors looking for a day out in the city.

Entertainment away from the stages will include live music, family activities, street food, festival bars, whisky tasting sessions, outdoor seating areas, games and fairground rides.
Guests will be able to attend an individual performance or spend the day exploring the wider festival site and its attractions.
Blackstock Market, which is home to Hot Water Comedy Club, has developed into a major entertainment destination since opening in Liverpool.
The festival’s organisers hope the event will grow year after year while supporting comedians, performers, artists and Liverpool’s wider creative community.
The festival will feature one venue, multiple stages, four days of entertainment and more than 70 comedy shows.
