BOXPARK Liverpool is celebrating its first Easter in the city with a week-long line-up of events.
With something for everyone, the multifaceted entertainment venue will host the ultimate Easter Egg hunt across the city, Easter-themed quizzes, student celebrations, late night parties and an Easter-themed karaoke and Drag Bingo!
From Wednesday 16th until Monday 21st April, BOXPARK Liverpool will have something for everyone to make the most of the Easter holidays. Free pool and shuffleboard tables are also available to play all week long upstairs, and the venue’s fantastic food traders will be on hand, serving up their delicious dishes throughout the week.
Families can enjoy a completely free Eggcelent Easter Egg Hunt on Wednesday 16th April, with BOXPARK Liverpool hosting Liverpool’s biggest hunt across the city, as well as complimentary arts and crafts, face painting fun and a movie marathon of Charlie & The Chocolate Factory in BOXPARK’s Beatbox; BOXPARK’s upstairs hangout where live music, DJ decks and movies come alive.
Other family focussed fun includes the Egg On Ya Face Family Afternoon on Thursday 17th April. From 12-2pm, guests can take part in a kids’ quiz and garden games including the egg and spoon race and a bouncy castle!
And from 12-5pm on Easter Monday, the celebrations will reach their peak for families with the ultimate Kids Social event suitable for the whole family. The day is jam-packed with exciting entertainment, interactive games and more including a special Easter bonnet parade (there’s prizes for the best ones!). Come along to join a disco, arts and crafts, bubble machine, mystery Easter egg hunt as well as visit from The Cequin Circus Bunny! There’s also a silent disco, baby sensory play, Bricklands Lego and more.
Throughout the entire week, BOXPARK will have a special Kids Menu to take advantage of, featuring dishes from the amazing street food traders. Dishes include Yum Cha’s Kids Katsu, Shake? ‘s Kids Burger, Yoki Social Table’s Kids Dumplings and Beak Fried Chicken’s Beak Bites & Fries.
Outside of family friendly events, BOXPARK Liverpool will also bring the celebrations to The Baltic Triangle for groups, couples and colleagues as they’ll host a variety of events that ensure there’s something to suit everyone!
On Thursday 17th April, there will be the Big Fat Easter Quizbox that’s just £2 per person to enter and will keep you entertained all night long. Plus there’s a £50 bar tab up for grabs.
Good Friday will see BOXPARK Liverpool hosting its weekly Drag Bingo with a twist! Eggs Factor karaoke will join the fun, as well as Easter-themed giveaways throughout the rounds. It’s free to play and there’s a grand prize of £250 to be won, plus free food and drink for guests brave enough to join host Pam Sandwich on stage for an all-night tipsy talent show.
BOXPARK’s Easter celebrations will take a more lively turn with its Easter Saturday Hunsnet Brunch; the funniest, hunniest party in town! Guests can expect bottomless drinks, a main meal from one of the amazing street food traders, as well as three hours of entertainment including fierce drag performers, competitions, prizes and giveaways. Hun Hits Live and DJs will play the best throwback hits from the 90s and noughties – it’s the ultimate day out!
And Easter Sunday, guests can expect WRESTLEBOX, the ultimate event for wrestling fans, featuring a heavy lineup of five live fights in BOXPARK’s central ring, performed by some of the biggest names in UK wrestling.
