The multi-BAFTA award-winning hit TV show A League of Their Own is stepping off the screen and onto the stage for the first time ever, choosing Liverpool as the starting point for its massive 2026 UK arena tour.
On Friday, 4th September, the M&S Bank Arena will host the debut night of A League of Their Own Live, bringing the show’s signature blend of outrageous challenges and big laughs to a live audience.
Produced in collaboration with Live Nation and CPL Productions, this brand-new format reimagines the beloved show for the arena stage.
The production aims to amplify the rivalry and unpredictable energy that has made the programme a television staple for 16 years.
A Star-Studded Line-up
The live show will be hosted by football legend and series veteran Jamie Redknapp. Leading the competitive action are team captains Jill Scott for the Blue Team and Liverpool’s own Tony Bellew for the Red Team.
Joining them on stage will be heavyweight comedian Tom Davis, along with special guest appearances from Patrice Evra and Maisie Adam, plus more star guests to be announced in the future.
Host Jamie Redknapp expressed his excitement about the transition to live venues, stating:
“I can’t wait to take A League Of Their Own on tour to some of the biggest and best venues in the UK.
“We’ve put together a top team of League legends, it’s going to be loud, it’s going to be chaotic!”
