Liverpool Philharmonic welcomes back £1 ticket sales

The return of the £1 ticket sale is welcomed back by the Liverpool Philharmonic. On October 1, 1,000 tickets to select concerts will be available for £1.

Performances from the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra as well as pop, folk, and family concerts will be included, all for less than the price of a cup of coffee.

Liverpool Philharmonic welcomes back £1 ticket sales

The £1 ticket sale has been running for over 10 years, giving local audiences the chance to discover music and the Liverpool Philharmonic at a reduced price.

Michael Eakin, Liverpool Philharmonic’s Chief Executive, said:

“We are delighted to continue to offer audiences the opportunity to purchase tickets to these incredible concerts for lower prices. These tickets ensure that everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances, can access the transformative power of music. We hope that our £1 ticket sale will encourage more people to visit our iconic building and experience the joy of live music and performance.”

Domingo Hindoyan, Chief Conductor of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra says:

“I am so pleased that we can once again offer £1 tickets to selected concerts. We have an exciting season ahead, and the Orchestra and I hope this offer will encourage more people to come and discover the Liverpool Philharmonic. Our love and passion for music is at the heart of every one of our concerts, and we hope to see our local audience come and experience this.”

Tickets are available for purchase in-person only from the Liverpool Philharmonic Box Office from 10:30am-2pm on Sunday 1 October.  Tickets are limited to 4 per household. For those who aren’t able to secure a £1 ticket, Liverpool Philharmonic are offering a 25% discount for all of the events in the sale on the day only in person.

More information on the specific concerts included within the offer will be announced soon. Follow the Liverpool Philharmonic on social media for more updates here.
