Monday 6th July the Titanic Hotel Liverpool will be reopening its doors for hotel stays & dining, with its plans for an enhanced cleaning regime, named A New Clean.Â
The cleaning and care protocol touches on all areas of the hotel and common areas, some of the main points are highlighted below;
- Visible signage outlining hygiene protocols throughout the hotel
- Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the hotel
- A thorough cleaning and sanitising programme for all guest bedrooms and bathrooms with specific extra attention being given to all touch points
- Room key cards will be disinfected with medical-grade antimicrobial agent
- Linens will be washed at a minimum of 70°C for at least 25 mins to kill potential bacteria
- Tableware including all used and unused wares, condiments, place mats, and linens will be removed and disinfected after each party has left. Tabletops and chair arms will also be disinfected after each seating
Guests and visitors will be able to relax and hav peace of mind during their stay. Each part of the guests’ stay has been carefully planned, starting with contactless hotel check in and out. Guests will receive a check in call prior to arrival – limiting reception contact, following this room keys can then be collected from the hotel accompanied by contactless payments Valet parking will not be available, however the Doormen and Concierge team will be on hand for guest needs.
Within the rooms, all additional collateral, furnishings and non-essential items have been removed, ensuring the clean teams can focus on the highest levels of cleanliness. Newspapers and magazines have been replaced by the PressReader App which grants access to over 7,000 newspapers and magazines via personal devices. As normal Guest directories, up to date menus and hotel information will be available to view on the television.
All dining services will now have the option of in-room and takeaway, in addition to table service in our restaurants and bars. Stanley’s Bar and Grill will be welcoming diners with a number of changes in place, so guests can comfortably enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner whilst overlooking the scenic waterfront. All bookings must be made in advance and a reduced number of carefully placed tables have been arranged to allow for social distancing. Menus will be replaced where possible with digital offerings or single use copies that will be disposed of after use. The lobby of the hotel and communal areas have been rearranged so guests can comfortably relax and enjoy facilities.Â
Maya Blue Wellness including the gym, thermal suite and treatment rooms remain closed until further Government advice, although booking enquiries can be made from 19th July.
Titanic Hotel Liverpool is loved by visitors from around the world, its unique UNESCO World Heritage dockside setting on Stanley Dock and views to Tobacco Warehouse is truly invigorating. Its Titanic proportions in size, scale and welcome have been missed.
