The Bentley events and entertainment venue based in Brunswick Street, Liverpool, has already built a first-reputation in the city region for being the perfect place to celebrate an occasion, as well as enjoying live music, in sumptuous surroundings, being greeted and served by attentive and esteemed hospitality professionals.
It has already had a hugely successful 2022, and is currently as busy as ever with festive celebrations.
Weddings are a huge part of The Bentley’s appeal, with the location’s beautiful views of the city’s historic waterfront, including The Three Graces. With a team of dedicated planning staff, who take brides and grooms from initial meetings right through to every detail of this most important day in the lives of newlyweds, The Bentley offers a number of tailored wedding packages so that a beautifully bespoke day enables everyone to make treasured memories. With stylish, dedicated rooms such as The Cunard, The Port of Liverpool and the Rooftop Terrace, there is a space to suit every wedding party.
Having been nominated every year since 2020, The Bentley team are hoping for success at next year’s North West Wedding Awards. 2023 will be the 13th anniversary of the awards, and will involve a hugely glamorous event which welcomes suppliers, creatives and venues to celebrate their hard work. The Awards are voted for by brides and grooms who have enjoyed outstanding experiences, and the whole awards event is the brainchild of County Brides, who help couples to find their ideal wedding locations and suppliers, through their County Brides magazine, fayres and blog.
The Bentley General Manager Ryan Dillon explains:
‘Even at the beginning of this year, we couldn’t have predicted what a busy twelve months we have enjoyed, and that is a testament to the efforts of everyone who works as a part of the team at The Bentley.Â
Our weddings in particular have proved to be both prestigious and popular: The Cunard Room is the ideal choice for those wishing to enjoy a big wedding in style, with its contemporary decor overlooking the waterfront. All of our rooms welcome wedding parties of different sizes, and extravagant wedding parties can involve hiring the whole floor, where up to 270 guests can attend.
At the heart of each wedding is the strong working relationship forged between wedding couples and those they look to for support. It is a complex and often intricate process making sure we get every single detail absolutely spot-on. Put simply, for the couple involved it is the most important day of their lives, and it is our job to ensure they get the wedding they both desire and deserve.
The County Wedding Awards are an event the whole team enjoys as it not only gives us a chance to celebrate our own endeavours, but also everyone in our industry who works so hard. Dawn and Duane Thornborough of County Brides do a fantastic job of bringing us together every year – it’s lovely for us to enjoy a party that is organised by this marvellous team.
For 2023 we are hoping for success in two key areas: we would love for The Bentley to triumph in the Venue Merseyside section, and in terms of the Wedding Planning Award, both Jay Harris and myself would be honoured to be nominated in this hotly contested category. Jay is an exceptional Events Manager, and so many of our five-star online reviews are a lovely reward for all of our staff.
