Coming to the magnificent St George’s Hall in Liverpool this month is an intriguing retelling of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic Sherlock Holmes detective novel, The Sign of Four!

Ginificent is bringing its debut production to one of the city’s most iconic buildings on Friday, September 27th and Saturday, September 28th.

Ginificent’s wordy adaptation faithfully follows the original script, transporting you to Victorian London! With a supremely talented cast and a captivating soundscape throughout, expect plenty of drama, twists, and turns in this spellbinding and immersive performance of The Sign of Four.

Join the charismatic Sherlock Holmes and his loyal companion Dr. John Watson as they embark on a thrilling quest filled with mystery and suspense. When a young woman seeks their assistance in uncovering the truth behind her father’s mysterious disappearance, Holmes and Watson find themselves ensnared in a web of secrets, treasure, and a dark past. 

Set in the grand Grade I Listed neoclassical landmark, the production promises to be a very special theatrical experience indeed. Delivered by an award-winning company that has amassed 25 years of groundbreaking productions, it is one not to miss for Sherlock Holmes fans and theatre lovers alike.
