Slim’s is the latest restaurant to open on Bold Street. The new venue, which takes inspiration from high-end New York style diners, will be a must-visit all day eatery that offers a varied menu to suit all.
Owned by Graffiti Spirits Group, Slim’s will adopt the same flair, service, and quality of food and drinks that the group’s other venues are known for.
Slim’s will serve up delicious stacked burgers such as cheeseburger, crispy chicken burger, Mac and cheese burger, halloumi burger and more, fried chicken and waffles, and Slim’s famous Lo Pan Fries – topped with salt and pepper Sui mais, siracha sauce, spring onion and fresh chillis.
There will also be specials served up straight from the venue’s smoker with dishes such as BBQ St Louis pork rib.
Other menu staples include the unrivalled roast dinners – that recently won a Food Porn Award – served in metal trays every Sunday and special brunch dishes that are available every Saturday and Sunday.
Slim’s has been created as an all inclusive venue for tastes, dietary requirements and eating habits, with a stand out vegetarian and vegan offering. Dishes include VFC – vegan fried chicken – made up of crispy fried seitan, vegan stacked burger in a beetroot bun, fried seitan and waffles, buffalo cauliflower wings, corn ribs and a selection of tasty salads.
The restaurant is also home to an outdoor terrace area where guests can sit back, relax and enjoy some of Slim’s tasty dishes and cocktails whilst overlooking Bold Street.
In the coming months, Slim’s will also have a downstairs sports bar that will show popular sports channels and games.
Commenting on the new venue, Graffiti Spirits Group co-founder Matt Farrell, said: “Slim’s is a really exciting venue and a must-visit for anyone who loves tasty food.
“From breakfast through to dinner, the menu has so much choice and we’ve worked really hard to ensure that it really does cater for all including those who are vegan and vegetarian.
“We have however brought back our smoker which means meat lovers will still be able to tuck into some of our slow-cooked specials.”
