The Royal Albert Dock will be bringing that bit of Western Romance to Liverpool, when it opens its doors to Lunyalita.
Catalan food lovers will be licking their lips when the venue makes its highly anticipated opening this Summer and with the views the place has to offer, visitors will feel like they are in the Balearic Islands.
Lunyalita, formed from the team behind Lunya, is the second venue in Liverpool from husband and wife duo Peter and Elaine Kinsella. Lunya an independent multi-award-winning deli, restaurant and bar proved to be a massive success in the city proudly paying homage to Catalunya and Spain. Boasting over 1300 different products and being the UK’s largest online Spanish deli, the masterminds decided to expand business with their “new baby”.
So, what does Lunyalita offer different to Lunya? Little Lunya is set to offer a more intimate ambience to visitors, also with a sun terrace for your eyes to witness possibly one of the most relaxing stunning views of the dock, the place is certainly an oasis for escapism. The venue will also offer a more extensive breakfast menu, with the lunch menu also slightly different with light options served in big bowls and tasty dishes, tapas will be available later on in the evening. Although the venue is smaller, the baby sister of Lunya definitely packs a big punch once paying a visit.
Lunyalita’s menu highlights newer and healthy takes on the Catalan inspired breakfast and lunch options, with dishes like smashed avocado, roasted tomatoes & white asparagus, porridge with orange blossom honey and Catalan Scouse, mouth-watering dining at its finest.
The premises over the two floors, will see the ground floor more of a café, bar and deli with informal café style seating. Upstairs will offer a more formal restaurant seating, ideal for private dining and group dining bookings.
Set to open from the 13th July, we highly recommend you pay a visit to this little Spanish delight for an experience of great European dining and stunning views.
