A Liverpool based property company, RWinvest, is taking part in a team-wide fundraiser to raise money for a local charity.
Based in Kirkdale, the Inclusive Hub provides support to adults and children through participation in non-contact boxing, fitness, and education.
The Inclusive Hub caters to all additional needs and age groups, currently working with disabled children and adults, victims of domestic violence, and youths on a pathway to prison. The club also works with many schools and probation services across Merseyside.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, many people’s wellbeing has suffered due to feelings of isolation. The Inclusive Hub has been more crucial than ever during this time, providing an outlet for those struggling with their mental health. Aside from offering a sense of community, organisations like the Inclusive Hub also encourage more people to get involved with physical exercise, which can have a hugely positive impact on mental wellbeing.
Sponsors of the Inclusive Hub, RWinvest, have offices in Liverpool, Manchester, and London. The company specialises in buy to let student and residential properties in key UK areas. Since 2004, RWinvest has delivered over £1billion to the UK investment market and contributed to the ongoing regeneration of cities like Liverpool and Manchester.
RWinvest has set up a JustGiving page in a bid to raise £5,000 for the charity. Over a ten-day period starting on the 29th of January, the RWinvest team will be collectively running and cycling 600km. The funds raised from the sponsored run and cycle will go towards the Inclusive Hub’s much-needed sports equipment and ensure that the club can continue supporting the local community.
Since launching four years ago, the Inclusive Hub has seen its participants grow from 500 to 800 in 2021. We hope that by raising awareness of the club and generating funds, we can ensure that the community grows even further over the coming years.
If you would like to donate to the Inclusive Hub through RWinvest’s fundraising scheme, please head over to the JustGiving page. Any contribution, no matter how large or small, will be hugely appreciated and go towards the upkeep of this amazing organisation. Take a look at the RWinvest corporate responsibility page to find out more about their charity work with both local and worldwide organisations.
