BOSS Night and MurWalls have collaborated to pay tribute to Liverpool FC manager Jürgen Klopp with a new mural in Anfield, which was unveiled on Thursday (22nd September).
In honour of everything the German manager has accomplished for Liverpool, the mural, which took four days to complete, is proudly displayed on Randolph Street, just steps away from Anfield Stadium.
Since taking over as manager of Liverpool over seven years ago, Jürgen Klopp has won every major honour imaginable, including the first league title in 30 years as well as a sixth Champions League trophy.
MurWalls and BOSS Night collaborated to bring the spectacular piece of work on Randolph Street. Jordan Henderson, Jamie Carragher, and many other footballers have numerous artistic tributes already displayed throughout the city, thanks to MurWalls.
The artwork includes a reference to Klopp’s well-known song, “Y’know He Said So” which is sung by his passionate fans next to a smiling Liverpool manager. The quote, “Y’know He Said So” is a quote from the Beatles’ classic, “I Feel Fine.”
Jamie Webster, a local musician who has performed at a number of BOSS Night gigs and events, has also been to check out the new mural.
A LFC season ticket holder has also got a mural on the back of their house of the Liverpool FC boss, which was also done by the same artist.
