As Liverpool is enjoying a buoyant boost to its leisure and tourism sector as lifted restrictions allow extended freedoms, luxury apartment and party pad specialist, iStay Liverpool, are putting the finishing touches to their stunning flagship accommodation, at 1-3 Temple Court, and now named the Uno building, in the heart of the city’s legendary Cavern Quarter.
All in preparation of officially opening the completed building at the end of May. The site has been operating for just on a year with lower floors but now all floors are fully completed and the whole site is ready to welcome guests back to the Liverpool region. All with the addition now of the soon to open Tres basement bar below the building.
A delighted guest recently shared their love of their iStay Liverpool apartment on social media giant TikTok, and within two weeks the video clip has received over 7 million views. The iStay team have been so thrilled with the national and international feedback and spotlight on them and the city that they have launched their own TikTok platform, as well as intensifying their other social media campaigns, employing a local specialist to assist them.
The Uno building launch adds to the company’s already established and prestigious portfolio including properties in key city centre sites in Bold Street, Water Street, Rodney Street, and The Merchant, which is their boutique Apart Hotel. For partygoers who like to start their celebrations while they prepare for their day or evening out, guests can from the end of May order their own cocktails from iStay’s soon to open first bar, Tres, directly below in the same building, as well as calling in on their way out, or on their way home.
