Baltic Market has introduced an extensive Christmas celebration to mark the festive season.

Liverpool’s inaugural street food and drink market is currently hosting a diverse array of events, catering to the entire family. These include Christmas markets, a doggie market, quiz nights, Christmas movie screenings, and New Year’s Eve festivities.

In December, Baltic Market will extend its opening days to include Tuesdays, in addition to its regular Wednesday-Sunday schedule.

Baltic Market will host a unique Christmas party on Sunday, December 10th, starting at 11am, to kick off the festive celebrations. Baltic Market will be hosting Liverpool’s largest dog gathering, featuring more than 10 dog-themed market stalls, puppacinos, a Christmas photo booth, and a dog bakery catering to your beloved canine companions.

Attendees are encouraged to dress their dogs in Christmas-themed costumes at this event, which has no admission fee. No tickets are required!

Baltic Market will host a Christmas quiz on Tuesday, December 12th, starting at 7pm and lasting until late, immediately after the pawty time event.

Groups consisting of two to eight individuals will undergo a knowledge assessment for the opportunity to win a substantial amount of Baltic currency, valued at hundreds of pounds.

The event will feature a music round, general knowledge questions, interactive rounds, and challenging 2023-themed questions. Participants will have the opportunity to win prizes such as £250 Baltic cash, £100 Baltic cash, and bottles of Baileys.

In addition to the quiz, participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a mince pie eating competition and a Christmas cracker pulling competition. They can enjoy shots of Baileys and indulge in Christmas-themed food and drinks. Furthermore, individuals who enhance the festivities by wearing Christmas-themed clothing will have the chance to win a Best Dressed team prize, which will be presented by Santa Claus.

Tickets for Baltic’s Big Fat Xmas Quiz can be secured here.

Baltic Market will host their expansive Christmas Winter Market on Sunday, December 17th, from 11am to 3pm. Admission to this event is free.

Baltic Market will organise a Winter Market that celebrates gifts, food, and treats, creating a festive atmosphere with falling snow and crisp air.

The team has carefully selected and organised a market that offers a wide range of seasonal delights, products made by local artisans, and delicious winter treats. An assortment of exclusive handcrafted items made by skilled local craftsmen will be on offer, catering to a wide range of preferences. This includes artwork such as prints and paintings, as well as hand-poured candles, cakes, bakes, bread, and other delightful options.

Delectable delicacies will be provided, such as freshly baked bread, cakes, and seasonal treats and pastries, all of which can be accompanied by indulgent hot chocolates or a refreshing lemon beverage with a festive twist.

Additionally, attendees will be treated to the melodious tunes of Liverpool’s Indie Choir, whose performance will create a serene ambiance for the winter shopping event.

Baltic’s Christmas movie showings, suitable for the whole family, will be held on Tuesday, December 19th, as a continuation of the market. The film Home Alone, suitable for all ages, will be aired at 6pm. Alternatively, the widely acclaimed Love Actually will be screened at 9pm, catering to couples and groups of friends.

The cost of tickets is £5 per individual. Richie’s will offer themed Christmas cuisine for sale, Spice Thai will provide delectable Thai dishes, and the market will serve Christmas cocktails, hot beverages, beers, wine, and Prosecco.

Baltic Market will conclude the festivities with its ultimate Super Club event on December 31st, starting at 8pm and lasting until late.

Baltic Market will be hosting Liverpool’s largest Super Club in partnership with Lauren Lo Sung and her renowned event ‘LoLife’. To celebrate the arrival of 2024, the venue will offer an enhanced experience featuring an expanded lineup of music, an extensive selection of beverages, lively dancing, prominent DJs, a New Year’s Eve countdown, a 360-degree stage, and a spacious dance floor.

Tickets are £30 per person, and there are also VIP tables available to purchase here.
