The Beatles Story, an acclaimed exhibition in Liverpool, is offering 10 complimentary school visits from February to April 2024.
Merseyside schools are encouraged to submit a creative entry that reflects The Beatles and their renowned status.
Come together with your classmates to produce artistic creations inspired by The Beatles or their music. Your creations can encompass a wide range of forms, such as a song, an original dance performance, a piece of art, a poster, or even a newspaper article.
The Beatles Story is allowing participants complete artistic autonomy, therefore, engage your cognitive faculties and astonish them with a concept that is entirely distinctive!
One entry is allowed per class, and the winning schools will be notified via email. The competition is open to local schools in the following regions only:
• Liverpool City Council
• Knowsley Council
• Sefton Council
• Holton Council
• St Helens Council
• Wirral Council
A range of educational resources are available at here to support you with your competition entry, covering a variety of subjects linked to the National Curriculum objectives, developed by experienced teachers.

A school excursion to The Beatles Story provides your students with the chance to acquire knowledge about the musical group that revolutionised the industry and brought international recognition to Liverpool, your immediate area. A visit entails a guided exploration of the acclaimed exhibition, where child-friendly interactive trails are employed to engage with the displays and gain deeper insights into the showcased memorabilia.
Workshops in the Discovery Zone are led by an engaging and dedicated education team. While covering many areas of the National Curriculum, from music and history to English and art, pupils can actively engage in playing on a giant piano, learning about records and their production in the replica NEMs store, and getting creative in the arts and crafts area.

The Beatles Story has recently fixed their school group prices in order to assist families and schools facing financial constraints due to the current cost of living crisis and subsequent school budget deficits. The attraction is pleased to provide complimentary admissions for Pupil Premium children who are eligible for free school meals.
