Royal Albert Dock’s newest pizzeria, Rudy’s Pizza, offers dinners the chance to indulge in an authentic slice, which is made in true Neapolitan style.
Taking just 60 seconds to cook in a traditional fire-wood oven, visitors can choose between a classic Margherita, meaty Salame, spicy Calabrese and more, or opt for a flavoursome special that is changed every month.
Rough Hand Made

Boutique bakery, Rough Hand Made cooks their renowned pastries and baked treats from fresh, every day, including their perfect mini pizzas.
Topped with veggies and plenty of cheese (with vegan options available), although small in size, they definitely aren’t small in flavour.
Gusto
Edward Pavilion, Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool L3 4AF
Elegantly Italian, Gusto serves up a wide range of authentic sourdough pizzas and gives diners the option to make their own with its Pizza Experience.
For 2.5 hours, visitors can enjoy flour, feasting and fun with an exclusive seat the chef’s table learning how to ball dough and pin a pizza before tucking into their own 10 inch creation alongside sharing starters and cannolis for dessert.
