Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa crowned Hotel of the Year Winner

Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa named Hotel of the Year at the recent Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards 2020.

The LCR Tourism Awards 2020 recognised a number of deserving businesses across Merseyside this year. Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa is incredibly proud to have been named Hotel of the Year amid strong competition.

The award comes at an unprecedented time with many businesses currently forced to close and has provided a well-deserved boost to the Resort team during this challenging time.

Looking to the future, Formby Hall has many improvements planned across the entire resort with investment to further improve the guest experience, including launching an innovative website, unveiling exciting new menus and enhancing both the driving range and spa facilities. Formby Hall
offers a full Resort experience to guests and has truly created a destination for the staycation market, enhanced by collaborations with Liverpool’s many renowned local attractions.

The Resort is heavily focused on employee engagement and continuous training. Implementing a vision and values strategy, it recognises outstanding performance and ongoing career development to retain stars in the team. Formby Hall takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and values all customer feedback.

The Resort is busy getting ready to welcome guests back from the 3 December just in time for Christmas festivities, from a signature festive afternoon tea, relaxing family getaways to spa or golf breaks and bespoke weddings, there is something for everyone. Whilst the doors may be temporarily shut due to government guidelines, Formby is still extending its typically warm welcome to anyone wanting to enquire by telephone or email.
