Encompassing Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of the city, Berry Street welcomes a new independent restaurant to the food and drink scene.
Perfectly located on the much-loved street for diners, VietNom gives off that roadside eatery vibe, whilst being a quaint humble looking restaurant.
The restaurant will be serving not only Vietnamese inspired dishes, there will also be a full bar and cocktail menu to indulge while trying out something different in a city that’s full to the brim of culinary delights. The venue also has a brunch service on weekends, making it the ideal location for a catch up with friends or lunch date.
What types of food can you expect from a Vietnamese restaurant?
Bringing the simplicity and subtle variations of fresh ingredients, VietNom offers a combinations of top Vietnamese dishes including rice, meat or seafood dishes, soups, noodles and dipping sauces.
Contrasting lots of flavour, freshness and bright healthy robust dishes, the menu will change frequently but expect classics such as bańh mì, bún chả and noodle soups!
VietNom, originally a popular stall at the Baltic Market over a year ago, put their success into practice when sealing a permanent venue on Berry Street.
With first-hand experience and inspiration from Mel’s dad who is Vietnamese, Mel and Peter have over 10 years’ experience together with a CV of working in restaurants such as Salt House Tapas, Maray and Oktopus.
The Restaurant located opposite Neon Jamon, will be open from 12.00pm-300pm with a lunch service, dinner service from 5.00pm-10.00pm during the evenings and an all-day service on weekends.
So why not try something different to tangle your taste buds when your next out socialising, step out from your usual picks and head on down to VietNom and infusion your senses.
