Voi, a shared e-bike provider in Liverpool, has launched a new, enhanced model throughout the city.
To encourage even more people to travel around the city in an environmentally friendly manner, Voi has improved its ‘Explorer 3’ with new features that improve the user experience.
The new top-of-the-line high-tech e-bike has automatic gear shifting that adapts to the riding conditions and combines cutting-edge technology with unmatched comfort for a comfortable ride.
In addition to making parking easier, a dual kickstand guarantees that the bike stays upright when not in use, a crucial feature for accessibility and traffic safety.
The Voi Explorer 3’s low step-through frame and adjustable unisex seat ensure that riders of all types, sizes, and needs can ride in comfort.
Better safety features on the e-bikes include non-slip tyres, powerful braking, front and rear lights, reflectors, and a bell.
With a replaceable battery that works with Voi’s e-scooters, it is also more environmentally friendly because its supply chain uses less energy and resources overall, lowering its carbon footprint.
Together with e-scooters, they have replaced over 1.9 million car trips in Liverpool, resulting in a reduction of over 700 tonnes in CO2 emissions. They are a far greener mode of transportation.
Jack Samler, Voi General Manager UK, Ireland and France, said:
“We’re delighted to roll out our very latest e-bike to people in Liverpool who can now benefit from a safe, convenient, environmentally friendly and affordable way to get around the city 24 hours a day.”
Voi riders can benefit from Voi for All discounts, which offer reduced travel to individuals on low incomes, including refugees and asylum seekers, disabled people, and people over 65, to help with the cost of living. Voi’s mission is to provide safe, sustainable, and reliable micromobility for everyone.
