This winter, Liverpool is set to welcome its very own The Ivy Brasserie, with the new restaurant-bar opening on Castle Street just in time for the festive season.

The new restaurant will be located in the former Bank of England building on bustling Castle Street and will be an exciting addition to Liverpool’s culinary scene, carefully restoring the venue to showcase the opulent interior that is synonymous with The Ivy.

For those seeking an intimate setting, special events, festive parties and more, The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will be home to a magnificent private dining room seating 14, whilst the main restaurant will have capacity to welcome over 180 diners.

The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will have something special each day of the week; from a delicious breakfast and brunch menu to its all day A La Carte, the midweek 1917 menu that is incredible value for money with two courses at just £19.17, through to The Ivy’s signature Sunday Roast, there will be something to suit everyone’s tastebuds.

The stunning new venue in Liverpool will also allow guests to enjoy an extraordinary Afternoon Tea to late night cocktails, as well as a children’s menu and dedicated vegan and vegetarian menu available to ensure every guest is taken care of.

Signature dishes will take centre stage, as well as seasonal dishes and monthly specials. Guests can expect to indulge in beautifully cooked steaks, traditional fish and chips, lobster linguine and The Ivy’s classic Shepherd’s Pie.

The carefully curated drinks menu will include an array of expertly made cocktails, a variety of Champagne and a vast selection of fine wines, beers and spirits.

The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will be led by Liverpool’s very own Kate Keyes, an experienced General Manager who has extensive experience in the city’s hospitality scene.

Laura Mills, Managing Director at The Ivy Collection, explained:

“We’re so excited to bring The Ivy Collection to the fantastic city of Liverpool. Since opening our Spinningfields restaurant in Manchester, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming many Liverpool residents to The Ivy who have made the trip to dine with us. We’re delighted that this extraordinary city, steeped in history, culture and rich heritage, will have its very own Ivy Brasserie where we can welcome everyone to enjoy The Ivy experience for any and all occasions. The team can’t wait to open ahead of the festive season and bring Christmas to Liverpool, The Ivy way.”

More details about the opening will be revealed in due course.
